The scale of the project suggests phased construction for the Site, into a master-planned and global standard residential, leisure and office development. This project would include a supporting retail component, to form a ‘self-contained’ global standard master planned community. The FRCN site is positioned south of Adekunle Fajuyi Street, which runs east off the major route of Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way. The Site is bordered by the Agege Motor Road along its western boundary. EMC-RE perceive this as a truly unique property which, due to its size and location, could well provide the possibility to attract the headquarters presence of several major multinational corporations away from the Islands, if developed to its full potential.
